What We Don’t Use
As of 19 August 2026, checked directly against the live site: mieproperties.co.uk does not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking, and does not use a CAPTCHA service on its contact form.
A marketing pop-up tool (OptinMonster) is installed on the site but has no active campaign configured, so it currently sets no cookies. If we activate it in future, we will update this policy first and add a cookie-consent banner, since that would introduce non-essential cookies requiring your consent under UK PECR rules.
