Immediately turn off gas in the Gas meter box and telephone us.
There is a leak
Turn off the stop cock and telephone us.
Electricity keeps going off
Contract us as soon as possible.
Should I report Defects and necessary Repaires?
It is in your and our bet interest to report repairs required as soon as possible
so it does not turn into a major repair. Also, it is better for you as you do not
have to put up with property defects.
My Heating Boiler does not work.
Check the gas is turned on and, also, is the Boiler’s electrical socket
switched on?
How much notice do I need to give?
Legally it is one month from your rent payment day. However, it would be
appreciated if a longer period could be given in order for us to secure a
another tenant. If you help us in this way we are prepared to give you £20 for
each week prier to your legal notice date.
