Abuse, Concerns, Grievances, Communication and Questions
There is a zero tolerance to Verbal or Physical abuse.
If abuse is reported, Immediate action will be taken by the company and reported to the necessary Authorities.
MieProperties welcome constructive communication with all tenants. At all times it is expected that all parties will treat each other with polite respect. All questions, concerns or grievances regarding any aspect of communal areas must be sent in writing (apart from minor concerns) to MieProperties. The Company will investigate and respond within a period of 14 days of receipt of email, phone call or letter. Where further action is necessary to be taken by the company, it will comuicate with other owners in order to agree fair and safe use of the communal areas for all residents.
